We have had confirmation from our email provider that this issue has been resolved.
Between approximately June 30, 2025 at 9:47pm BST to July 1, 2025 at 1:21pm BST, an IP was listed for spam causing some customers emails to not be sent. If you sent emails within this timeframe, you should check the delivery status of your emails within the FreeAgent app. If they show as 'Bounced' within the Invoice Email History at the bottom of the invoice, please resend to your customers. Emails sent after this timeframe should be unaffected.
